Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from us! Here are our shipping policies to give you information about our shipping procedures and terms:

1. Shipping partner: We work with a reliable shipping partner called DHL.

2. Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated during the order process and are based on the delivery address, the size and weight of the order and the selected shipping method. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring safe and reliable delivery of your order. In Germany, our packages are always FREE.

3. Delivery time: The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method, the delivery address and the availability of the product. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is shown to you during the order process. On average we need 2-4 weeks for production + delivery.
4. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can track the status of your order and track the estimated delivery date using the tracking tool provided.

5. Shipping address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during the order process.

6. Returns and Exchanges: For information regarding returns and exchanges, please see our Return Policy.

7. Liability: Once your order has been handed over to the shipping partner, liability for loss or damage to the goods is the responsibility of the shipping partner in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We strive to ensure that your order is properly packaged to minimize damage during transit.

   SHIPPING+PRODUCTION TIMES:
   
   Since we make each shoe individually, production only starts after receipt of the order. For this reason, the delivery time is/Processing time between 2 and 4 weeks. However, if you are in a hurry, we offer the option of express shipping in the shop.
   Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the expected delivery time for goods within Germany is 2 to 4 weeks and for international deliveries 2 to 4 weeks after conclusion of the contract (if no prior payment has been agreed, delivery will take place after receipt of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will depend on the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
   
   

   There is a possibility that in special situations the delivery time may take up to 5 weeks due to possible procurement problems with the sneakers. However, we will inform you in advance of such circumstances.
   
   SHIPPING TIME AFTER PARCEL DELIVERY AT DHL:

   Germany: 2-4 working days 
   Europe: 3-7 working days 
   rest of the world: 7-15 working days
   

   Self-collection is not possible.
