Returns and exchanges

We make each custom sneaker to order and put a lot of handwork and love into our shoes. Since our custom sneakers are unique, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

The European Court of Justice (ECJ) made it clear: When purchasing goods specially manufactured according to customer requirements, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online or outside of business premises expires. This also applies if the ordered goods have not yet been produced.

Please note that third-party products (or products of other brands) offered on this website that have undergone a finishing process cannot be returned and/or exchanged.

This also applies to custom-made items that are not offered on this website but have been personalized in some way. These are also excluded from return and/or exchange.

(Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)
